Factions Help Please

Hi i Just made a minecraft server called youngrambo.net its a plain survival server with factions i downloaded factions but its the new version where you can break blocks in ally teritory and kill your own faction members this just isnt what im looking for can someone tell me how to go back to the old faction plugin with /f c and f show thanks

Try re-downloading from here http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/factions/
