Factions not compatible with permissionsex

I recently got permissionsex and I want to bring factions back to my server but everytime i get factions it makes the ranks, color and prefix in the names go away. Im pretty sure everybody still has there commands but I want it to so that factions and permissionsex will work together plz help, thanks.
