So after seeing many post on server help about factions I decided to find the people that make it and email them telling them that simply it is all messed up, I suggest everyone to do the same : >> Contact <<
your tag config is messed up (factions.json), reinstall the plugin to fix it or go through the file and fix everything. Also check your essentials chat default format, that could be messing around with it.
