Factions Prefixes not working

Hello I have an upcoming modded factions server. I have started to use the plugin chat tweaks because no other chat plugin will now work for me apparently including essentials chat. What I need is to have the factions prefixes that tell people what faction a player is in to work with chat tweaks. If you know how to make this work please post in the comments thanks
