1.3 Factions Server Rare Crashes Please Help!!

Hey guys currenltly runnign a factions 1.3 server i keep gettign rare crashes on server , only problem thats showingin console is this!

[SEVERE] Could not pass event PlayerChatEvent to Factions org.bukkit.event.EventException
