Factions Tags Not Working

Im running a minecraft 1.8.8 spigot server but my factions tags arent working.
It comes up with A**AFaction A
Does anyone know how to fix this

Do you got vault? Not having vault messes with prefixes

I no longer need this though since I'm running a bungee cord server now which has vault in it and I know what I'm doing. Thanks for the help though 👍
