Factions or Towny?

I'm starting a new server and I can't decide whether to use Factions or Towny. What do you guys think?

I'd personally choose Towny, one reason is I just don't like factions, another reason is that in Towny there are peoples getting friends and like to play. In factions there are enemies, which fights or ragequit.
