Failed to bind port!?!

Minecraft_rogueOkay, I have portforwarded and added the port the TCP UDP all that. But it wont work? I have tried rebooting the Router several times and my computer and the minecraft server itself. Help D:

did u do the computers ip correctly??????????? that's also a constant error XD

how did u port forward give me a screen shot but here's some big errors that happen a lot : did not port forward correctly, port forwarded a different port when bukket is asking for 25565, used port, don't know your ip ( look it up here www.whatsmyip.org ) , did not access router correctly, tell me if any of them helps

Make sure the port you're trying to run the server on is not being used by another process (This includes another instance of the Minecraft server).

Alternatively, try changing the port that the server is hosted on.

If the run as admin didn't work check the server properties and make sure where it says server ip don't put anything in it and leave it blank it seems weird but it just basically binds to the ip that you are using it will work

Try to open your RUN.bat file as an administrator, this usally works.

Check if your Firewall is on or not.
