Fallout server

I'm currently creating a Fallout minecraft server, and want to use bethseda's trademarked things like nuka cola and power armor, but don't have permission from bethseda. Is there any way I can make it legal and avoid copyright issues?

I'm not sure bethseda would respond to me. Plus they use twitter, which I don't use, as I dislike social media.
