Fatal Error?

So I was playing Minecraft yesterday, perfectly. I then went to sleep. When I woke up, and wanted to play Minecraft, (mind you, I hadn't changed a SINGLE setting) this error appeared:

Sooooo, this is what I've tried:
-Stopping firewall and malware scanners
-Running as administrator

Still no fix.
What should I do? I have no clue! The last thing I'd like to do is delete Minecraft or Java and reinstall.
