Fataly Missing Blocks And Items

So i am playing in a modded version of 1.7.10 and as always we set our world up and get our mods in order but every time my brother tries to join my LAN he gets Fataly missing blocks and items can someone fix this?

All mods doesn't work in multiplayer.

It's probably an issue with the mod. Does it occur without it installed?
