Hello I currently run a server known as SpecialistPvP. It is a Hunger Games, Kit PvP, and minigame server at the moment. It is fairly new, and is ranked #10 in the top list for Hunger Games servers. There is a shop system set up that allows players to purchase items with ingame money won from killing players in pvp, winning minigames, and voting. There are also many donation ranks to choose from.
I believe if a bunch of people magically joined my server at once they would stay. Most people that join, leave because of the small player base. So what is wrong with my server? Please critique it and give me constructed criticism. I cannot find anything wrong with it besides the small amount of players. The server can have 0-30 people at any given time. Don't be astonished if you are the only one there...

It's bland. I don't even need to look at your server to tell you that there's multiple others that do the same thing, only better.

Your spawn looks great, I would suggest the following changes. Please also understand that this is just my personal opinion .
1# Change the announcement timer, it kinda spams the chat a little.
2# Maybe dont advertise ranks as much, it looks like a server thats been setup in the hope to make money, if you dont see the signs your gona notice the top bar or the chat msg's about ranks and how to buy them.
