Flans Mod:Hostile Mobs spawn with armor

I am using 1.7.10 version of Flans Mod using the Modern Weapon Content Pack but the mobs spawn with armor it may look cool but it doesn't fit in
I tried searching for solutions of other but none
I tried going to the config file but just found this
