Fluctis panel help!

Hello,

Ive been trying to install plugins on fluctis webpanel(minecraftpanel) but at no use. They won't update to my bukkit version. If anyone could help me that would of been awesome. Also I cant find the group manager folder in essentials as well I am not sure if the plugins work on the server.
