When I run Forge for 1.15.2, it works fine, but when I get Forge for any 1.14 version, it crashes on startup. I only need 1.14.4 Forge so I can use the mods I created with MCreator (only supports 1.14.4 and 1.12.2). If anyone can help, that would be greatly appreciated.

That's a great idea.
If you could post the version of Forge you are using, along with any mods you have installed please, that would assist in trying to diagnose the issue.
If you are using the latest Forge 1.14.4.28.2.3 and you have optifine installed, then either remove optifine, or install Forge 1.14.4.28.2.1 for optifine to work.

It breaks when I use 1.14.4 and when I use 1.14.3 (1.15.2 works fine but is not compatible with the mods I am using). None of the mods I am using are public so that probably would not help.
Ok, the only other suggestion I can make then is to try a fresh install of 1.14.4 but when you do it, choose a different directory for the install so that it will reduce the amount of contamination from other installs. The Vanilla launcher seems to have an issue with pulling files from other instances when it shouldn't.
I would recommend trying MultiMC, but that hasn't been updated to use Forge beyond 1.12.2.

Good idea, I have done a fresh install of Forge 1.14.4 but I always use the same directory.
Hopefully it worked for you then ? It certainly worked for me ........ not sure why you need to stick to the same directory, it really helps me when I have conflicts to avoid using the same directory ...... but, whatever works I suppose .......
It does not work for me, but it is ok, ill find a way to do it.
