1.7.10 Forge Mod Help

Today, I created a 1.7.10 forge server, the server itself runs fine but I'm having problems installing mods on it.. so I decided to stop and delete all the mods before I break something
I'd like to install the superheroes unlimited mod, and Archimedes airship mod.(client and server). Also NEI (client) If anyone could give me help on how exactly to install it i'd be very grateful. superheroes unlimited and Archimedes air ships along with NEI will all be for the same server (incase that affects the forge version I need). I did originally install NEI but it said that I needed a newer version of forge... but I have the latest version for 1.7.10.
NOTE: I already have forge installed for client and server but I can happily change it
