Forge server

I want to set up a small forge server with my friends. I have no idea how to set up the server, install forge, and install mods on forge. I'm sure there is already a forum for all these, so if you could redirect me to those, that would also work.

Btw I know that the mods are compatitable, so don't worry about that.
