Hi just got new pc Laggy frames pls help

CPU: i7 4790 @ 3.6GHz
GPU: Gigabyte Geforce GTX760 2GB
RAM: 8GB Ripjaws X DDR3 (2x4GB)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
OS: Windows 7 64bit

Don't think this is directed at me but I'm answering it anyway.
I already had a win 7 ultimate copy for about 3 years and I transfered it over, and plus, who the hell likes 8.

lol, at what low? a 760 won't pull that high of frames with the settings maxed out. Max out the settings in minecraft and then brag about it.
