Free minecraft builders??

I don't know if I picked the right category for this, but I was wondering if there are any Minecraft builders that would help me build a town/city on a small server I play on. I don't really have a deadline and I would help build it if you can direct me, if anybody can help that would be amazing! if you are interested, we can work out the details on here or discord.
(to clarify the server I want to build this on is a survival server with a shop feature, so we would build in survival without flying or world edit but i can afford pretty much any amount of blocks)

From experience, not offering your builders flying might reduce the amount that show up to help allot!
You can also create a temporary small sized world with permissions for all to allow limited world edits (max blocks allowed)
just review your builders that join for experience or reference (pics) and allow WE or not.

Some builders will wait till staff are away then just load schematics with Schematica for example. DOH!
