Is there any way to get a free hosted server for free?
I've bought hosted servers before but is there anyway to get it the same but for free?
With decent player slots and stuff

Good servers require money. Just how it is. Sometimes you can pull off a sponsorship that can be a bit limited... wouldn't bet on getting one. Home host, only real "free" course ya got. Hosting with another owner's probably the freest and best you'll get, and in that case, you had best have some good things to offer in the equation.
In short, if you can't financially sustain it, take a road that won't give you complete ownership, home host or simply don't make a server.
