"Friend" basically stole my server

So, I had this friend (Themindshaper) who decided we should make a creative server a little while ago. I thought hm, okay, and within a week I had everything done by myself, config, perms, building etc. I said it was all mine, and he gets nothing, but I (now stupidly) shared it with him on google drive so he could check it out. And now look where that's got me; him stealing my work and claiming as his own so he can get owner of it, and be staff on another server, as he gave it to them to be part of their network. I made a forum post about it on their site (http://auracraft.net/forums/threads/important-news-concerning-creative.112/), yet have had no reply.

Basically, be careful who you trust, as I have just learned
