FTB ultimate problems :S

well, this problem recently started, and i have tried to fix it with optifine, but it does not work :c and i have tried mcpatcher, and that also didnt work :c so now am i completely helpless and cant find a solution to this problem :/ someone told me that it was a ingame rendering problem, if that could help you guys to find out what the problem i got is
