Alright, so I've been searching around and I can't seem to find anyone who ahas been having the same issue as me, so i guess ill give it a shot and post it here.

I recently began playing the Feed The Best Unleashed modpack, using the recommended version. After playing on a clean new install of it for a while, all of my sound effects in game get courrupted? maybe that's not the right way to put it.
All the sound effects that should be playing are not, and different sound effects arebeing played instead. For example, walking will make the noise of opening a door, eating food, or mimic the noise spiders make while walking. eating food will make chest noises, breaking blocks plays the pickup noise, picking up blocks plays something else, ect.
The closest fix i've found online was with a different modpack entirely, the three ways people fixed it was by either removing a set of small sound mods included in their pack, pressing F3 and S and the same time to reload their sound files, and there was one person who simply had to turn off their sound, and turn it back on. However, none of these have done anything.
The only thing that seemed to work was reinstalling FTB, and it worked for a while,, but the first time i shut down the program and next time i launched it, all the sound errors came back.

Since there's no crash involved, I dont have any kind of error log for it, but my specs are:
Windows 7 64-bit OS
Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz CPU (4core)
8GB DDR3 RAM (2x4GB)
Radeon 7870GHZ edition or something, dont remember exactly

and my java version is Version 7 Update 45 (Build 1.7.0_45-b18)

need any more info let me know and i will gladly give it.
I don't even know if a problem like this has a solid fix, but i really hope so. I've enjoyed FTB so far and would hate to stop.
Any Ideas anyone?

Don't worry about it, it's more common than you might think, especially for mod packs. I'm not sure how to fix it, but i'll look into it. From now you should not mess with the files, just google it. That's how i get most of my answers!
