So I am restarting my server for minecraft 1.9 and before I open it I need some people to help run it since I am in college and busy most of the day.
The server I am creating is pure vanilla running a unreleased plugin of mine. Of coarse I wouldn't be crazy and run a server without logging and anti-hack plugins as well.
I will be needing at least 3 people(Max of 6) from different time zones. Basically you will get admin access to the server for now. You must be 17+ to apply no exceptions!
You need to have skype and ventrilo(for the server) and speak English of coarse. More details will be given upon acceptance to become admin.
I already have a 4GB dedicated server set up and running for testing and will support the live server. The server runs on CentOS and McMyAdmin so having knowladge in that would be helpful but not needed. I also got a domain and site already set up. http://mine-empire.com
So now you want to apply. Please either post on this thread or message me on why should I pick you, trust you and any prior experience(This will be a big plus) and your skype user name. I DO NOT want "Oh I hosted a server at my house" or "I used hamachi". Just because you hosted a home server does not mean you have server running experience.
If anyone applies and they take this as a joke they will be automatically blocked by me. This will be a no-nonsense server and will NOT accept admins that think its all fun and games.
Once you apply please be ready to see an acceptance message. I want people who are dedicated to the job of helping run a good server. If are busy with another server please do not apply, I want dedicated people.

I would but I am years younger then the limit, even though I have a year of experience, and I am the only person in my entire school that knows anything about building computers, coding (2 different languages), and running a server

I am a friendly player,i answer when being asked a question but i will be serious if players are not playing by the rules. I live in the Uk, im almost always on the computer so id be on the server most of the time so id be checking in quite often, i dont go to school anymore so i have loads of time on my hands to help out, talk on skype, etc..
im involved with many servers but i have only been totally serious with one successful server called missing in action, i was admin on it until it had been taken down by the owner, but after that i wasnt really interested in being an admin because i just wanted to play on servers.. it wasnt until recently when i wanted to take on higher roles again

Sorry you must be 17+. It is just so I don't end up with a young staff team.
I dont exactly fit into the criteria, being 15 but if you cant find anyone else you could use me as a moderator. I have been an op on several servers after building huge projects and I run a server of my own. My server has been quite unsuccessful so I would just like to help run someone else's. I have experience with many plugins ranging from BigBrother to WorldEdit, iConomy, Essentials and many many more. PM if you want a list. I havent used Skype in a while but I think my username is couljj. If not, its cjbolt22. I will edit this post later if both are wrong. I do not have experience with hamachi, sorry :/ I also have a Zero Tolerance Policy for greifing. I have been greifed, I have greifed in retaliation and I realize that both were wrong. My moderating style is kind of to mix with the community and help them while at the same time moderating. I will obviously need to know what the plugins and rules are but I know most of the general rules and plugins on servers. Im in Florida, Eastern Timezone and Im on for an average of 2 hours every weekday and depending on my weekend schedule, Im on for a good part of the weekend.
