I did watch the video, hard to do because of the bad quality, but I did notice a lot processes in task manager, which indicates that you do have programs running in the background. It can also be caused by Adware/Malware. I would run malwarebytes as you could have some malware on your computer.

You dont have a very powerful computer, you wont be able to record minecraft at a good fps. I would invest into getting a new computer.

Tip: Dont rely on Youtube for money, when that is the case, video quality is usually poor and no one wants to watch a video where the person only is making videos for the money.

It's probably because your laptop is weak.

One thing that can cause minecraft not to run very well is that you may have a lot of background programs/processes running. You could also have some malware and I would run malwarebytes which will also remove PUPs.

turn VBOs on, clouds off, particles to minimum, view distance to 8 or below, if you're using shaders, turn them off, if you don't want to turn them off, turn the screen resolution all the way down and the shader resolution all the way down along with turning off cloud shadows (even though clouds should already be off)

your max framerate should be 60 or below. Setting it higher will not produce better frames but instead slow your computer down even more by making it work hard to get that x fps when it can get 60 fps just fine and you won't even be able to tell the difference.

And remember to adjust your settings to get a reliable, constant frame rate. Getting 120 fps is only good if it is staying at 120 fps for a while.
