Game does not load a DataPack

Hey
i just came back to Minecraft after a longer time and realised there is something called "Datapacks" so i stepped right into the World Wide Web to get all the goodies to heat up the game ^^
I found alot of interesting stuff but 1 Datapack is causing some problems because my game just wont load it, it´s like it is not even in my DataPacks Folder.
The Pack itself should work, i contacted the creator and we tryed a bunch of stuff to make it work but we were not able to.
These warnings were the only stuff wich could come from the DataPack in my logs "
I tryed loading it alone (no other Packs), testing diffrent Minecraft versions, even trying to repair the .zip using diffrent programs.
The creater also gave me another version wich should work 100% and even works for him but still nothing for me, it doesnt show up with /datapack list ingame.
Every other DataPack i tested out worked just this one doesnt but i really want to check it out ^^
Maybe someone of you helpful people got an idea, i just found out about this (for me) new feature and i want to get into every bit of it ^^
