well, i didn't mess it up accidentally or purposely, it sorta did it on it's own since the beginning of 1.9/above. i'm not pressing any keys, i even did a test to see if it did it without me pressing any keys. (it did it anyway) it has a delay of a minute and 15 seconds, and i counted.

Seeing as you replied to someone who was trying to help you's question with "probably not" doesn't exactly make you seem very determined to fix this.. That very well might have been the problem and you haven't checked

To the first person who responded.. chrome doesn't affect this unless you've installed something manually..

Q2: probably not, but most of the time i have no programs open except when i'm building something (firefox) and the game itself.
Q3: no, i never/rarely use chrome and i use firefox

Try the following:
Is Java up to date? If not, update it.
Is there a program you have running that constantly refreshes itself? If so, the program may be taking the mouse focus away.
Are you having Chrome open while playing? Close Chrome or use a different browser.
