Gamemode problem

hey guys, i have an very strange problem with the gamemode of my server!, i searched on google, forums and my plugin files, but i cant find the problem. the problem is that if a player died we will go in gamemode 2, but we want every player in gamemode 0... the server properties file says that the default gamemode is on 0, but everytime someone dies he will get in gamemode 2.

please help, because it is very anoying! (drry for any spelling mistakes, i have dyslexia)
