We three owners at Gazamo currently feel the need for an additional moderator to join the staff. However, this cannot just be anyone, the current staff at Gazamo, and all future staff, must be very professional and mature. The current moderator opening is a little more specific, and must follow these guidelines:
1. Mature and professional.
2. Living in or near Australia (timezone)
3. Speak English (You can read this? XD)
4. Be 18+
5. Have Skype
6. Understand MC above a novice.
7. Be able to follow reasonable orders and work with the rest of the team.
If interested post on this topic and I'll send you a PM with my Skype name. Also notice this is a trail period, and once added will not guarantee a spot as Moderator on the server.

If you don't want to be a future moderator try not to post on this thread please. As far as far goes, I can pick whoever I chose for a moderator, as previously stated Gazamo is a very professional server and we require top notch moderators. I am NOT unranking due to age, we do NOT have mature content. I am looking for a moderator, nothing more. And it would be unfair to me and the rest of Gazamo if we appointed a non-adequate moderator and risk peoples well spent time on the server. Age generally means more mature, not always, but it helps.
Well you did post under Server Discussion & Help. Anyone can post on the forums on any threads as long as they are keeping the same topic flowing. So you can't really tell me to not comment on here.
Anyhoo...I was giving you an idea, don't get offended so easily; I was basically saying it's not really fair because what if there were a really immature 18 year old applying, and someone 15 years old was really mature applied? You'd clearly not pick the 15 year old because it's a "requirement" to be 18+, riiight?
Edit: I'm not fighting with you bro, like said; I'm just telling you. Also, I never "told" you who to pick for your server, so please try to read correctly. I know it's hard for everyone to understand jokes, sarcasm, etc.. on the internet. But don't try making me look like a bad guy when I was simply giving an idea and/or suggestion.
...Why does age count? People cannot make servers and unrank people based on their age unless the server contained mature adult content. Not telling you to do it or anything, but that's basically unfair to everyone else because Minecraft has a wide audience with different age groups. Yes, a person must have responsibility and must earn moderation status if said person knows what they're doing, but it's a better idea to lower the age selection because some young Minecraftians ages 15+ can be mature.

and If i posted any age could apply I would have possibly hundreds of apps to sort through, I am very busy. and since only 18% of MC players are 18+ this helps manage my time.

Hey guys, i am all of the above besides the age, im 16 :\ i don't see how age should crumble my chances though. I would really love it if you would think about accepting me into you time
