Hey why cant I find some plugins in ggservers like groupmanager? And for faction and some others I added it but it doesont show up in game.Any idea?

Groupmanager - Have you got Essentials installed? As it is a requirement for groupmanager.
Factions - make sure you install mcore as factions now requires this.
