GMC isn't working properly.

On a server, we just got back from an update so some things don't work.
Creative doesn't work properly. Apparently people can go into creative, they just can't place any blocks into their inventory or take off the armor that shows other players they're in creative.
If anyone knows how to help, that'd be great!
