I am going to start a Minecraft Server

I already have one but I am going to create a new one. I am currently using the host Minecrafted.net and I will continue to use them. I am going to purchase the $59 mo. Package which comes with a 24/7 Server Self-Managed and a 16 GB Ram. I just need some ideas. I am also looking for someone who can create plugins, texture packs, and server banners. I am willing to pay for the making of Complex Plugins and Server Banners. Over all I just need some advice and stuff.
