I play minecraft with graphics fancy optifine render distace tiny to get 19 fps.
My specs are :
Intel Pentium 4 Cpu 3.00 GHz
2GB Memory (Ram)
64 bit Operating System
Ati Radeon X1050 Videocard
34 GB Free hardware
So soon i am going to upgrade it but what i need

More ram is not what you need. if you hit F3 you will see that minecraft uses half a GB of ram. It uses no more, no less. Wasting your money on more ram will NOT help you with minecraft. A big fancy moniter, No need for it. Yes, you're going to want a good moniter, but nothing crazy.
Now for what you actually need:
A better processor and graphics card is all you need.
Intel Core i7-2630QM @ 2.00GHz
nVidia GeForce GTX 460M 12 GB DDR3 1333
The two things above are pretty much over kill for minecraft. Only get those if youre a big gamer. For minecraft, intel-i5 does an amazing job. As for your graphics card, I cant point one out to you. There are too many. What I suggest is going over to nvidea online and checking them all out.
