Good Admin: Wanting a Job!
Hey guys, my name is Jason. I am 13 years old. I have had Minecraft since 1.5_01. I have been trying to get out there and help alot of servers with many things; Its annoying and hard to go out and look for each server and apply and ect. I find it pointless most of the time
I have hosted a server at home for 8 months before in my time, then I hosted on Beastnode.com for 2 months, I am very experienced with Permissions and/or plugins configuration. I am also very good with memorizing plugin commands.
I always try to be positive unless I am bugged to much then I become angry but I attempt to keep that out of my system. I am also a very positive and supportive person at hard times. So I can keep others calm and I am very good at getting people to donate. Also if you are looking for a person who can agree and have mannerly arguments, I think I can do that.
I have a few bad qualities. I am not the greatest at Creativity so I can't think on how to build amazing builds like everyone else out there does. I also do not have the deepest voice so if we talked on skype you may get annoyed but I think you can get used to it (it gets deeper by the day). I have not the greatest grammar and spelling.

No idea how to do that. All I did was port forward 25565.

Okay, Did you port forward to the pc hosting's local IP?
Note: every time you reset your router it resets your local IP. (most of the time)

MintyLollipopHello, I have a server. It has been working for a while, but a recurring problem that has happened once before has happened yet again. When i go on yougetsignal's port checker tool, it says that the port is closed. However, it has been open before for a long time. The first time it happened was about a month ago, where the port suddenly closed. After about three days it randomly opened again and i didn't give it much thought. When i got my dad to port forward for me (i don't know the password, but i know how to port forward), it wouldn't show up on the list. However, everyone could connect fine. This is very strange, and the only indication i have that the port is closed is when my friend messages me, telling me she can't connect.
My dad has no idea what's going on. He knows his computers, and says he has never seen this happen before. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
(The server starts normally every time.)

If I ever make a server I'll make sure to ban you.
I've already made a post about it in the General Help section. For some reason, the port closes and opens randomly. It's very annoying.
Do you want me to help on Skype or something so we do not cluder this post?
