Good server hosting websites?

I want to set up a private server for just me and my friends to record maps on. We are mostly going to record horror maps, and they usually break on Bukkit, so I want a Vanilla server.

What I want:

-Type: Vanilla (like I said earlier)

-# players: I don't really care, but at least 5

-Price: Preferrably under $5

-RAM: At least 1/2 a GB

Does anyone know of a GOOD server hosting site like this?
If so, please tell me <3

EDIT: I already looked at MCProHosting, I would prefer something else (as amazing as they are), but I will use it if there's no other good sites.
