Good server hosts?

I am currently subscribed to the Notchy company's hosting service, but the customer support is terrible so I want to change. I'm looking for cheap ones, but not so cheap that it comes at the cost of quality, if that makes sense. Any suggestions?

I would recommend fragnet. They have quite cheap prices and incredible service. Their customer support responses are fast and they give you access to all files and everything.
