I've gotten SO FAR! But this error!

So I've started a small server, this was my first time. So I started it up, and it worked! But then, it says this

I entered the IP onto direct connect, and add server, and both of which just completely refuses to connect. I've gotten on once, but then when I logged off and logged back on, it screwed up. What could I do!? HELP!
