Grab and drop players

Hello, I'm currently working on a 1.7.10 minecraft PAPERS, PLEASE server and I need some help. I'm trying to figure out how one player can pick up another player and then release them. So like I grab a player, bring them where I want, and drop them. Is there a mod / plugin / commands that can help me with this?
