Group manager and multiworld reset when i deleted a world.

i deleted a world, specifcally the world_nether and world_the_end and all of a sudden group manager reset! none of the worlds i had were loaded either... any ideas what caused this?

i was looking in console and just noticed i keep getting...

whenever i click the start button.
