Group Manager Help

My server had been running about 2 weeks smooth, until yesterday. The permissions we fine, i believe it was on an update or something, but pex wouldn't respond. After putting the config through 3 different parers, i gave up. I downloaded GroupManager, which works perfectly, except the inheritance.
