Group Manager. Help with Permissions

Hello PlanetMinecraft Community, Can someone be nice enough to help me with Group Manager? I need permissions set up for 3 Groups. Owner, Co-Owner, and Member. (Member = Default)(Co-Owner = same permissions for Owner). I am no good with permissions and I want the Prefix for Owner to be "&4[Owner]&c~", the Prefix for Co-Owner to be "&3[Co-Owner]&b~", and the Prefix for Member to be :&2[Member]&a~"
Now the plugins i have are,

• WorldEdit, WorldGuard, EssentialsChat, Essentials, ChatManager, EasyElevator, EssentialsGroupManager, EssentialsSpawn, MobHelath, Prankster, PTweaks, BlockLock and SimpleSignColor

. I Only want the Members to have the ability to call the elevator and use the elevator signs for EasyElevator, to be able to use /tpa, /tpaccept, /tpdeny, /back, /sethome, /home, /warp and other basic commands like that. Now for Owners and Co-Owners i want every node for every node for every plugin i use including the bukkit command permission nodes. And if anyone knows how to integrate Forge mod permissions into the permissions would be great. Thanks in Advance, ~NN22NN22 (Christopher)
P.S. Dont Think i am lasy ok. I have been jumping from permissions plugin to plugin to plugin to find one that will work on bukkitforge (or forgebukkit idk) and i have written over 14 permission files and none of them work so i was looking for a professional to help me out becuase i am about sick ofpermissons
