Group Manager - Internal Error Occurred

I'll keep this short.

We installed Essentials along with Group Manager, a player customized it for us but I don't think it saved to a hard copy. When the server rebooted the prefixes he had create, along with groups were removed.

Last night I edited the actual groups.yml and users.yml for our world, the groups were working perfectly! We had prefixes to see the Owner, Admin and Leaders the only problem we had was with admins/owners not having Op. I can't remember exactly what I did. But I think I copied the Owner group and cloned it, renaming it to Admin2. Upon doing a /manload the prefixes and all were removed although they are still in the hard copies.

Now I cannot use any in-game Op commands: You do not have access to that command.
I also cannot do /manload: An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command.

So is there anyone who has encountered this or knows what I've done to mess it up?

EDIT: Removed the log file, ran manload from the console and I receive this in the log:

the file config is easy IMO but then again you learn from mistakes and many more mistakes. I use it all the time.

GroupManager is better IMO.
Like Kai said above me, don't mess around with ANY of GroupManagers Config Files. Just use the commands it comes with.

Never mess around with the groups.yml file. Always use these commands:
/manuadd - moves player to group
/mangadd - adds a group
/mangaddp - adds a permission node to a group.
/mangaddv - adds a variable to a group. (prefix/suffix)
/manudel - delete user config.

GroupManager is an ok plugin, but I suggest moving over to PermissionsEX. PEX is a lot easier and the commands are very simple. GroupManager is a big monster which can be very hard to tame. Also, PEX is supported by a whole lot of other plugins that modify permissions.

The group manager can be very hard to work with (i think atleast) if you have spaces behind a word on one line it will crash it and if the name,permissions.... Of a group is not on the right line/colum it wont work
