Group Manager + Multiverse...

It used to work perfectly before...
However, yesterday I had created a brand new world via multiverse, but it didn't create a file for it in group manager.
This causes an issue for me because I used to have separate worlds with separate groups with different commands from the main world.
Any insights to this issue would be appreciated.
