Group Manager not saving users.yml for a certain world
I have group manager and multiverse installed on my server and the users.yml file will save for all worlds but one. I have tried /mansave and /save-all but if I restart/reload the server or do /manload it will make everyone default again. I can change the ranks in the users.yml file and it will save, but other staff would be unable to change peoples ranks as they don't have access to the file.
Any help would be good.

Oh, it appears that I have fixed it, I just removed "- users" from underneath the world in the config.

Can you upload the files for us to take a look at? Is there any chance you have it set to share users.yml with a different world?

What files should I upload? And I've checked, and I have a world named "Magic" also sharing both the groups and users with 2 worlds called "MagicNether" and "MagicEnd".
