Group Manager Prefixes have the ' marks ingame?

An example of one of my groups is like this:
Owner:

permissions:
- '*'
- -vanish.*
- essentials.*
- bukkit.command.*

- admin

prefix: ‘&b[Owner]’
build: true
suffix: ''

Well... where it has the prefix, those ' ' marks around the &b[Owner] show up in game. So it looks like '[Owner]'. How do I fix this?
