I'm not the owner on this server but I'm Admin and I'm doing the ranks for the server and I have them done I can't change the color of my name does anyone know how to do it like / what for the command

Since you're using group manager. Have you tried to use essentials chat manager?
Ya I figured the out but it only lets me do colors and not magic

Do you want to change the color of your name, or your rank?
If you want to change the color of your name you can do the essentials command /nick
or change the essentials config (under essentialschat)
For ranks you need to find groupmanager's groups.yml
It's probably here: ../plugins/groupmanager/worlds/<worldname>/groups.yml
In that config, edit the group prefix to &f[&eMember&f] for example.
&e is the color code, you can find them all here:
