I've been trying to fix the problem of Permissions in GroupManager, and have asked for help in the past, but nothing seems to work. So I will let you guys who are top-notch at Group Manager to do it!
Reward: Moderator on our Server and tons of other priveleges.

Member:
- /sethome
- /home
- /pay

- /kit tools (Stone Tools with 5 Steak)

VIP:
- All the permissons from Member plus:
- /sethome 2 homes.
- /hat
- /fly
- /spawner zombie (Will come with 5 Mob Spawners by doing /kit spawnervip)
- /nick
- /disguise as cow, chicken, sheep
- /kit VIP (Diamond Tools and Diamond Armor set)
- Build: True
- &3[VIP] Prefix
VIP+:
- All the permissions (except /kit VIP) from VIP plus:
- /sethome 3 homes.
- 5 Private Warps
- 1 Public Warp
- /feed
- /kit VIP+ (Protection 1 Set and Efficiency 1 + Unbreaking 1 + Sharpness 1 Set Everyday)
- Automatic /tp
- /spawner blaze (Comes with 10 Mob Spawners by doing /kit spawnervip+)
- /disguise as creeper and blaze

Titan:
- All the Permissions from Extreme (except /kit Extreme) plus:
- /kit Titan (Two God Sets of Armor and Two God Sets of Tools with 64 Op Apples)

- Will get a Bedrock Base.
- Unlimited Private Warps
- 20 Public Warps
- /spawner ghast (Comes with 30 Mob Spawners by doing /kit spawnertitan)
- /spawn enderman
- Will get 2 of each mob egg by doing /kit eggs Every month.
- Can customize their prefix.
- Can message and chat in color.

OK, and for the colorchat with Titan, They should be able to change their suffix to something like '&4' (red) or '&1' (blue) with: manuaddv. I think changing suffix to something like &4 would make chat red, too

And theres not a command for a bedrock house
We will be in charge of the bedrock houses.
And you have to configure the teleport times in the essentials config. and BTW almost done
I don't know what disguise or private warp plugin you use... But I'll do everything except those 2.
It will be a 5 second teleport time between home and tpa'ing and warping
yeah its /kit spawnervip for the vip and stuff like that
But with the spawners, I CAN make where you can do something like.. /kit blaze or /kit spawner or something

And you can't make it where they can only use a command a certain number of times, except /sethome. And how many days/hours/minutes/seconds, do you want in between the times when the groups can choose /kit
what plugin do you use for disguising and private warps? And you cant set how many warps they can set...
