GroupManager - Need any help???

Hey I'm uSneakyy! I've been noticing a LOT of people posting forums in this section for help on groupmanager, and I am probably the right guy to go to! Permissions set up requirements:
- Send a list of all commands.
- What plugin you use (EXACT NAMES!).
- What ranks in each group.
- Deadlines?
- Anything else?
