Guardians not Spawning!
i have created a guardian farm with three spawnable areas. all linked to a central tube for them to flow in. Guardians only seem to spawn if there is more than one player on the server. i am on by myself right now and nothing will spawn. i have also cleared out the monument and removed all the water.

Guardians can only spawn between Y=39 and Y=63, and they also have to be in water to spawn.
they are in water. the second i had more people join the server they started spawning. i am thinking the world save is corrupted
As LittleKitacho said, the farm's spawning chambers are too high. It is most likely just coincidence that some guardians spawned with other players online, as more players would more likely reduce spawnrates. Also make sure nearby caves are lit so those spawns dont prevent guardian spawns.
