Hack/Mine Server Jar Won't Open

I am making a Hack/Mine Server for me and my friends, i have the 1.2.3 server jar from MVC (Minecraft Version Changer). I have Hack/Mine 5.3 which is what Technic Launcher uses. The server jar runs like normal, but after putting the files in Server from Hack/Mine5.3 file, the server won't open. I double click the jar and it starts to load fro about 1 second then it flashes something I can't see and goes away, without opening anything. I really need help.
